labfortythree@gmail.comMy apps aren't locking
- In FocusGate, open You › Settings › Protection. Check that protection is on, Screen Time is allowed and at least one app is chosen.
- On the Focus tab, tap ? to see Why apps are open. It says which tasks count right now. A task only locks your apps while it counts, for example during its routine.
- If you removed FocusGate in iOS Settings › Screen Time, allow it again from Protection.
My apps are locked and I'm not sure why
Tap ? on the Focus tab to see Why apps are locked and the tasks that keep the gate closed. Finishing or skipping them opens it. You can also turn protection off in Settings › Protection at any time.
Restore or manage FocusGate Pro
- To restore Pro on a new iPhone, go to You › Settings › Plans & Billing › Restore purchases.
- To cancel or change a subscription, use your Apple Account subscription settings. Deleting the app doesn't cancel it.
- Refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Delete your account
Go to You › Settings › Account › Delete account. This removes your account and your synced tasks, routines and progress. The Privacy Policy has the details.
Send feedback or report a bug
In the app, open You › Settings › Feedback and tap Send feedback. If you're testing with TestFlight, you can also take a screenshot and share it with TestFlight.
